Cult classic at its best

Range if Chanel Lipsticks

Nothing screams classic luxury like Chanel.
I have been in love with their makeup for years but with a whole host of newbies on the block must admit have been enticed away for a while. But guess what,  nothing beats their standout iconic classic lipstick range.

They have some amazing shades to suit deeper complexions.

My preferred choice is the Rouge Coco ultra hydrating lip colour range simply because I have quite dry flaky lips and need a bit of a moisture to stop them drying out.

Since I last purchased, The Rouge Coco ultra hydrating range has been reformulated to add more hydration and with added shades to their collection, there is plenty of choice.  The only downside is that it begins to wear off after about 4hrs so need to reapply. Not a big problem for me as I love the feeling of whipping it out of the beautiful packaging.

For those with medium to tanned skin try 416 – Coco Coral. It’s the perfect coral for everyday wear and perfect summer look.

#444 -Gabrielle is a delcious pinky red again perfect for everyday wear.

#466 Siren red – Carmen is a truly classic red that looks amazing with paired down canvas.

For the real show stoppers I use a few standout shades from the Rouge allure luminous intense range. Just one slick  of this highly pigmented lipstick is enough. It’s ultra fine with a satiny finish and literally melts on your lips.

96 – Excentrique is a fabulous orangy/coral that compliments bronzed skin perfectly

172 – Rouge Rebel is true pink / red tone that looks perfect with paired down base.

There are so many in the range that are standout. Next on my hit list are the nudes.

Always looking for the perfect shade to compliment my skin tone so if you have a favourite let me know and I will try it out.
